The subject Selected Chapters from the History of Pharmacy builds on the knowledge and skills acquired in the subject History and Organization of Pharmacy. After completing the subject, students are able to characterize basic issues of the current concepts of history and the history of pharmacy, are able to work in a basic way with historical sources and professional literature from history and related fields, are familiar with the structure of memory institutions (especially archives, libraries, museums) and are able to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge, e.g. in the form of a qualification thesis in the field of history of pharmacy.
