Students will learn and improve their physical skills in the areas of sport or physical activity. They gain experience and knowledge they can apply in their own leisure activities. They develop the ability to independently plan and implement sports and exercise activities in their free time and gain a better physical condition. Course contents: Multi-day course lessons (5 to 10 days) combined with active and intense movement loads in the chosen movement area during the summer semester and holidays. Courses are organized in the form of attendance at the chosen place with overnight stays. Courses are 5 to 10 days. Courses are sports or cycling. Courses are domestic and foreign, run from May to September. The course is focused on the nature of physical activity, OSH, material basis and the development and consolidation of physical abilities and skills. Objective: Improvement of the level of physical skills and physical level - influencing the positive attitude towards sport activities, understood as defense against civilization diseases and stress, supporting the healthy lifestyle of students. Summer courses are activities aimed both at acquiring physical fitness and various specific forms of movement, as well as at learning about the natural environment.

Learning Outcomes for Sports Courses: Improvement of Technical Skills: Students will be able to refine their technical skills in the specific sport that is the subject of the course. This may include both basic and advanced techniques, depending on the level of the course. Knowledge of Rules and Safety: Students will gain a deeper understanding of the rules and safety measures of the given sport, enabling them to participate in activities safely and effectively. Physical Fitness: Intensive training during the course will help students improve their physical fitness, including strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Teamwork: Students will develop teamwork and communication skills, which are important during group activities and team sports. Personal and Social Development: Students will have the opportunity to develop their personal and social skills, such as self-discipline, self-confidence, respect for others, and conflict resolution.
