Annotation

English

The lectures and the linked practical training are gained on formulation of dosage forms. The main stress is focused at the properties and the use of additional substances in pharmaceutical preparations, at the composition and structure of dosage forms in technological and biopharmaceutical contexts, the use of specific pharmaceutical unit operations and the application of pharmaceutical-technological methods of quality control. Practical training also makes possible obtaining of fundamental skills needed for compounding and manufacturing of medicaments.

Přednášková výuka a navazující praktická cvičení se zaměřují na tvorbu lékových forem s důrazem na vlastností a využití pomocných látek v léčivých přípravcích, objasňování složení a struktury lékových forem v technologických a biofarmaceutických souvislostech, využití specifických farmaceutických výrobních operací a uplatňování farmaceuticko-technologických metod kontroly jakosti. Praktická výuka rovněž umožňuje studentům získání základních dovedností potřebných pro magistraliter přípravu, jakož i výrobu léčiv.
