Diagnostic and interventional radiology: radiophysics, X-ray examination - plain film, fluoroscopy, computed tomography; ultrasound; magnetic resonance imaging; contrast media.Chest radiology, abdominal radiology, uroradiology, neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, and breast radiology. Angiography, PTA, vascular stenting, GIT dilatation and stenting, biliary interventions. Nuclear medicine: radiation, radiopharmaceuticals, instrumentations. Bone imaging. Cardiovascular and pulmonary system. Radionuclide examinations in hematology. GIT. Liver, spleen, lymphoscintigraphy. Genitourinary tract. Radionuclide examinations in endocrinology. Imaging of tumours and inflammations, immunoscintigraphy. CNS. Radionuclide therapy. Radioimmunoanalysis, tumour markers.

Diagnostická a intevenční radiologie: fyzikální principy, skiagrafie, skiaskopie, počítačová tomografie, ultrasonografie, zobrazování magnetickou rezonancí; kontrastní látky. Radiologie hrudníku, břicha, retroperitonea, neuroradiologie, muskuloskeletální diagnostika, radiologie onemocnění prsu. Angiografie, PTA, stentování, selektivní trombolýza. Mimocévní intervence: biopsie, drenáže. Nukleární medicína: fyzikální úvod, radiofarmaka, přístrojová technika. Vyšetření CNS, štítné žlázy a ostatních endokrinních orgánů, skeletu, respiračního a kardiovaskulárního systému, u hematologických onemocnění, GIT, jater, sleziny, urogenitálního traktu. Lymfoscintigrafie. Diagnostika nádorů a zánětlivých lézí. Radioimunoanalýza. Terapie radionuklidy.
