Annotation -

Introduction of internal medicine. Ethical approache to the patient. History of diseases. Basic physical examinations. Medical documents. Physical examination of head neck, thorax, abdomen, extremities, spine. Lung syndroms, examination of blood pressure, heart rate endoscopy, biopsy, basic laboratory examinations.
