Specialized course for downhill skiing. The course will be taught, if possible, in one weekly or two weekend blocks in the domestic mountains. It is focused on improving the technique of downhill skiing.

Syllabus -

The course is focused on improving skills in downhill skiing and on mastering the theoretical basis for a proper understanding of the principle of downhill skiing.

During the course we will learn or improve different types of arches on different types of snow.

We will get acquainted with the theoretical foundations of movement in downhill skiing.

We will get acquainted with the novelties in the equipment and equipment of downhill skiing.

We will improve our skiing skills with the help of vidocoching.

The course will take place, if possible, in domestic ski resorts.
