The Increasing physical ability course focuses on fitness running and complex bodyweight strenght training. Regular lessons once a week for 60 minutes. Designed for beginners as well. Also taught in English. The course will be taught on Wednesday 16.30 - 18.00 in the winter semester 2023 and on Tuesday 15.30 - 17.00 in the summer semester 2024.

The aim of this course is acquaintance, teaching and practical training leading to increased physical condition, primarily focused on fitness running and complex bodyweight strenght training. Introduction to the theoretical foundations, basic principles and physiological effects of sports training. The course is also meant for beginners.

Brief syllabus of the course: The aim of the course is acquaintance, teaching and practical training leading to increased physical condition, primarily focused on fitness running and complex bodywieght strenght training. Introduction to the theoretical foundations, basic principles and physiological effects of sports training. The course is also intended for beginners.

  • fitness runs 30 - 70 minutes, distance 5 - 10 km

  • running technique

  • strengthening with bodyweight

  • theoretical foundations of physical activity

  • introduction of correct using of basic instruments for physical training (TRX, expanders)

  • classes take place once a week for 90 minutes

  • the course is also taught in English
