MEDICAL STUDENT CURRICULUM IN PSYCHIATRY

Introduction to psychiatry. Psychopathology. Childhood autism.

Affective disorders. ADHD.

Eating disorders. Suicidality.

Psychotherapy. Psychological examination.

Schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders. Psychotic and affective disorders in childhood.

Alcohol and substance abuse, gambling. (Psychiatric Hospital Bohnice, Pavilion 35; 8:45)

Anxiety disorders. Adjustment disorders. (Military Hospital Střešovice; 8:30)

Personality disorders. (Department of Psychiatry, Charles University, 1st Medical School, Ke Karlovu 11; 8:45)

Medical history and psychiatric examination. Dementias. Psychopharmacology and biological treatments in psychiatry. Treatment of aggressive and restless patients.
