The introducion INto clinical medicine is a course for students in their 1st or 2nd year of study. At the beginning of the 6 years´ curriculum, the students are demonstrated implementation of their currently learned theoretical chapters into the clinical practice.

The number of students in one group is limited to 6 The course is provided by teachers of the particular clinical department. The learning unit consist of an overview of topics in theotetical subjects which are currently studied, followed by introduction to rellated clinical problems and presentation of in-patients currently hospitalized at the particular department or ICU. Simulnaneously, the students gain the basic rules of the work at a clinical workplace, relation to the patients, and they may be present at same diagnostic and therapeutical procedures.
