Subjects

In the 6th year, a 8-week block of final practical training takes place at surgical clinics. In the eight weeks, students must complete 1 week at the workplace of general surgery. The next 7 weeks of practice take place in other surgical fields: orthopedics, plastic surgery, burn medicine, urology, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery and anesthesiology and resuscitation. The internship can be completed at the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital or other contract hospitals in the Czech Republic; in the case of an internship at a non-contract hospital, this hospital must have a contract with the 3rd Medical Faculty of Charles University. The clinical internship can also be completed at foreign accredited or university workplaces. The 9th week is reserved for preparation for the final state exam.

V 6. ročníku probíhá 9 týdenní blok závěrečné praktické výuky a seminářů na klinikách chirurgických oborů. Blok je organizován do tří částí - 1. týden probíhá řada seminářů ze všech chirurgických oborů. V dalších osmi týdnech studenti absolvují povinně 1 týden na pracovišti všeobecné chirurgie. Dalších 7 týdnů praxe probíhá na dalších chirurgických oborech: ortopedie, plastická chirurgie, popáleninová medicína, urologie, kardiochirurgie, neurochirurgie a anesteziologie a resuscitace. Praxi lze absolvovat ve FN Královské Vinohrady či dalších smluvních nemocnicích v ČR, v případě praxe v nesmluvní nemocnici musí mít tato nemocnice s 3. LF UK uzavřenu smlouvu. Pokud student absolvuje praxi mimo FNKV, složení praxí je 2 týdny všeobecné chirurgie, 2 týdny urologie, 2 týdny ortopedie, 2 týdny anesteziologie a resuscitace, celkem 8 týdnů. Praxi lze po schválení absolvovat i na zahraničních akreditovaných nebo univerzitních pracovištích. 10. týden následuje studijní volno k přípravě na státní závěrečnou zkoušku.

Výuka probíhá formou praktické výuky (8 týdnů), seminářů a přednášek (1 týden blokové výuky).

Prosíme studenty, abys se v rámci stáže na urologii FNKV rozdělili vždy ještě na polovinu a jedna část absolvovala stáž ve FTN a druhá ve FNKV. Za jméno v tabulce poté prosím uveďte do závorky "Krč", pokud budete ve skupině, která absolvuje ve FTN.

The credit is conditional on participation in 8-week block practical internship at surgical departments and completion of the credit test within the e-learning course.

Credit before the state final exam will be granted on the basis of completion of 8 weeks of compulsory practice with min. 80% attendance and also after completing the e-learning course in general and special surgery,

where individual topics of general and special surgery questions are discussed and presented. This e-learning course is finished with an electronic test with min. 80% correct answers.

In case of justified non-participation, an alternative date can be arranged.

Udělení zápočtu je podmíněno účastí na 8týdenní blokové praktické výuce na klinikách chirurgických oborů a splění zápočtového testu v rámci e-learningového kurzu.

Zápočet před státní závěrečnou zkouškou bude udělen na základě splnění 8 týdenní povinné praxe, seminářů s min. 80 % splněné docházky a nově i po absolvování e-learningového kurzu všeobecné a speciální chirurgie,

kde jsou zpracována jednotlivá témata okruhů otázek obecné a speciální chirurgie. Tento test je zakončen elektronickým testem. Je požadováno splnění 80 % správných odpovědí.
