COURSE DESCRIPTION: The course is scheduled to last for one term during the third year of the Bachelor´s program Nursing: specialization General Nurse. It is the continuation of the second year course Professional English and is focused on specific language needed in nursing practice.

Aim of the course -

COURSE OBJECTIVE:

The ability to take a patient history from the nursing perspective; to understand patient needs; communication with relatives. The ability to fill in admission notes and discharge a summary. To understand a professional texts without the use of a dictionary.
