Annotation

Zaktivizovat dosavadní znalosti a dovednosti češtiny jako cizího jazyka u studentů AP, tyto dále prohloubit a zároveň je pomoci připravit pro jazykovou komunikaci v klinické praxi.

Syllabus

General Czech

Výuka předpokládá znalost učiva kapitol 1-14 výchozího studijního materiálu a soustředí se na aktivizaci a revizi gramatických zvláštností češtiny jako cizího jazyka u cílové skupiny.

1. Oblast jazykových prostředků

• Opakování gramatických zvláštností češtiny, učivo kapitol 1-14.

• Foneticko-fonologické jevy a aspekty na segmentální i suprasegmentální úrovni. (abeceda, samohlásky, souhlásky, intonace, věty oznamovací a tázací, pravidla výslovnosti pro úroveň A1-A2 podle SERR pro jazyky.)

• Morfologické aspekty: deklinace, opakování (akuzativ v praxi, genitiv, lokál), číslovky a některé předložky (rozdíly v určování místa a směru), konjugace - opakování (čas minulý, budoucí, přítomný; slovesa perfektivní, imperfektivní), adjektiva a posesivní adjektiva.

• Syntaktické aspekty: opakování základních pravidel stavby věty.

2. Oblast řečových dovedností

• Ústní projev, interakce, vedení rozhovoru.

• Poslech s porozuměním s ohledem na komunikativní potřeby studentů v klinické praxi.

Medical Czech

Výuka je orientovaná jako jazyková příprava studentů na klinickou praxi, proto je zaměřena na klinické obory v návaznosti na kliniky, se kterými spolupracujeme během další výuky ve 3. ročníku studia.

1. Problematika postupu při odebírání anamnézy, jazykové a komunikativní aspekty:

• chronologie

• identifikace pacienta

• důvod přijetí

• rodinná anamnéza

• osobní anamnéza

• alergologická anamnéza

• nynější onemocnění

• abusus

• profesní a sociální anamnéza

2. Klinické oblasti, jazykové a komunikativní aspekty:

• Trávicí systém - běžné potíže pacienta - dyspepsie, gastritida, žaludeční vředy, střevní potíže

• Vyšetření břicha, gastroskopie, kolonoskopie

• Kardiologie - obtíže pacienta - bolesti na hrudi, otoky, kašel, čtení EKG nálezu

• Nefrologie - základní obtíže pacienta, močení, otoky, vysoký krevní tlak, nefrotický syndrom, dialýza

General Czech

General knowledge of chapters 1-14 of the textbook is assumed, and therefore the aim of the course is to activate and revise some idiosyncrasies of Czech grammar.

1. Language skills:

• revision of grammatical structures and idiosyncrasies from chapters 1-14

• segmental and suprasegmental aspects of phonetics and phonology (the alphabet - vowels and constantans, intonation, declarative and interrogative sentences, rules of pronunciation for levels A1-A2 according to SERR for languages)

• morphological aspects: declensions, revision of the accusative, genitive and locative cases and how they are used, numerals, various prepositions (those which change the meaning - location/movement), conjugations, revision of past, future and present tenses, perfective and imperfective verbs, adjectives and possessive adjectives

• syntax: repetition of basic sentence formation

2. Communication skills:

• conversation, discussion, role-play

• listening tasks, which are focused on the students’ future work-experience.

Medical Czech

The focus of teaching is to prepare the students for work at clinics, where they will continue their work experience in their third year of study.

1. Language and communication problems when obtaining personal information from patients for case studies.

• usage and abuse of alcohol, cigarettes or other addictive substances

2. Medical language and communication skills:

Digestion - common problems - dyspepsia, gastritis, stomach ulcers, intestinal problems

Abdominal screening,esophagogastroduodenoscopy, colonoscopy,

Cardiology - common problems and complaints- chest pains, swelling, cough, ECG readings

Nephrology - common complaints - problems with urination, bloating, high blood pressure, nephrotic syndrome, dialysis

Entry requirements

Studenti 2. ročníku ALEK a AZUB se v květnu v LS zúčastní diagnostického testování. Cílem testu je rozdělit studenty (pro IKČ) do adekvátních studijních skupin podle vstupní úrovně znalostí češtiny. Aktuální termíny testování vždy mailem od ÚDLCJ.

- 2 sessions per day (2x90min, general and medical Czech) minimum, morning/afternoon classes / 40 classes in total

- final testing on Friday 26.9.2025

DENTISTRY - details will be specified by Czech teachers, ICC - in September 2025, dentistry students also take the diagnostic test in May 2025
