Students have to pass one chosen sport from a wide offer. It means that they can learn nearly all sports activities
which are provided by the department of the Physical education. There is Body building, Swimming, Pilates, Power
yoga, Table tennis, Sport games and many others according to current timetable. Each semester of PE is credited.

Aim of the course
To integrate sport activities into student’s education, to give them the maximum of essential knowlege, to teach about the influence of sport activities and health, to improve the basic level of physical education by new disciplines and innovative methods in sport.

Teaching methods
Physical education
is a compulsory subject for all students of the first year. Students of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year can choose the physical education as an optional subject. It means they enter the PE during the enrolment into SIS and come to register their chosen sport to Sport center of Charles University on first Monday of the winter term.
