English

The aim is to gain an overview of integrated relationship between morfology and function of teeth, jaws, TMJs, masticatory muscles, at health and disease. Teoretical knowledge and practical skills during examination and treatment of stomatognatic system, recommended differences between natural and artificial dentition. Questions of complex treatment planning. TMJ disorders and treatment options. Interjaw relation, occlusion and articulation.

Cílem studia je získat ucelený náhled na komplexní vztah morfologie a funkce chrupu, čelistí, čelistních kloubů, žvýkacích svalů ve zdravi a v nemoci. Teoretické znalosti a praktické dovednosti při vyšetření a ošetření stomatognatního systému, doporučené rozdíly v přirozeném a umělém chrupu. Problematika komplexního ošetření přirozeného a umělého chrupu. Poruchy v TMK a možnosti jejich terapie. Mezičelistní vztahy, okluze a artikulace.
