Aim of the course

Knowledge and skills to be acquired: prescription, general knowledge of the basic principles of pharmacology - pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics. Special knowledge of basic principles of pharmacology - knowledge of the groups of drugs according to anatomical systems and their diseases, including clinical indications and adverse effects.

Organization of teaching the master's form of General medicine + Erasmus study at the Institute of Pharmacology of the 1st Medical Faculty of Charles University for the winter semester 2025/2026:

Teaching takes place in the form of lectures and seminars according to the schedule published in the SIS. Attendance at lectures is recommended, attendance at seminars is mandatory.

An exceptions are the first three teaching weeks of the semester, when compulsory presence lectures take place (seminars do not take place). Plese, follow "Schedule" in the SIS.
