Medicína stále více využívá moderní technologie a při rozhodování o léčbě vychází důsledně z Medicíny založené na důkazech. Proto patří orientace v těchto oblastech k nezbytným součástem vzdělání budoucího lékaře. Předmětem výuky budou: Medicína založená na důkazech; základy biomedicínské statistiky; práce se zdroji medicínských informací; informační systémy v medicíně; elektronická zdravotnická dokumentace; zpracování obrazu, využití 3D technologií a strojového učení; počítačová bezpečnost a ochrana osobních údajů. Z praktických dovedností budou cvičeny prezentační dovednosti, vyhledávání informací, zpracování medicínských dat, základy zpracování obrazu a další.

Course completion requirements

To evaluate student's performance and to earn a classified credit, all continuously submitted practical exercises and the final examination are considered. Students have to submit all practical exercises via Moodle and they have to be accepted by group teacher before the day of the final test.
Students have to register for an examining date in SIS, terms will be available during the semester.
Classified credit exam consists of a theoretical written test additionally, an examiner may ask the student a supplementary question (from practical or theoretical field) and thereafter the examiner will suggest an evaluation
