Legal aspects of occupational medicine, prevention of occupational diseases, occupational pneumology, occupational neurology, occupational carcinogens, occupational diseases due to vibrations and overload of extremities. Clinical and occupational toxicology and damage caused by ionizing radiation. Occupational health services.
Aim of the course -
Last update: prof. MUDr. Daniela Pelclová, CSc. (12.06.2008)

In order to prevent and recognize occupational diseases, medical students learn the potentially causal relationships between job and disease in an interesting, patient oriented way. The also learn the basics of occupational and clinical toxicology.

Syllabus
