Jednosemestrální povinný předmět Tlumočení II navazuje na předchozí předmět Tlumočení I. Dále rozvíjí základní tlumočnické dovednosti a techniky konsekutivního tlumočení, jakož i komunikační kompetence v mluveném projevu v obou jazycích. Předmět se zaměřuje na rozvoj paměti, kognitivní analýzu, aktivaci presupozic, na percepci, převod a produkci mluveného sdělení s reprodukcí smyslu v cílovém kontextu, a na nácvik tlumočení s notací v úsecích do 5 minut. Pozornost je věnována také nácviku tlumočení z listu, a to směrem do češtiny.
