The goal of the diploma seminar is to prepare the students for writing their bachelor thesis. First of all, questions that are crucial for the preparation of the BA Thesis will be discussed: How do I systematically research literature? How do I read academic literature systematically and effectively? How do I develop a research question? After these questions have been answered, we will focus on the structure of a thesis and its individual components: Introduction, context, question, method, sources and literature, structure of the paper, main body, conclusion, bibliography, appendixes, etc. The work plan and common everyday problems in the writing process will also be discussed. During the seminar the students present their work progress and are supported by the teacher.
