After completing the course, the students will describe the processes occurring during ionizing organic and inorganic compounds in detail. They will explain how to use advanced mass spectrometric ion fragmentation and separation techniques. They will assess the suitability of omics and imaging techniques for mass spectrometric analysis of biological samples. They will describe methods for structural analysis of proteins and analysis of biological drugs. |
