It is an obligatory course for the students of Fysiotherapy and Ortotik-protetik. Students are acquainted with basic athletic exercises. They wil acquire knowledge regarding the safety of athletics training, warm-up exercises and the prevention of injuries. The course includes basic technique and teaching methods of running, jumping and throwing disciplines. The students will learn the basic testing of explosive power and the training methods used for developing general endurance. |
