Lectures: 1. Information about the conditions of admission to the specialization + familiarization with the content of teaching. History and organization of softball / baseball in the world and in our country (including competitions). 2. Establishment and development of rules, keeping a record of the match, activity of the referee. 3. Characteristics and systematics of softball / baseball including basic terms. 4. Basics of softball / baseball training theory. 5. Practice and training in softball / baseball. 6. Basics of fitness training in softball / baseball (development of motor skills). 7. Recapitulation of subject matter.
Exercises: 8. Assessment of entry level performance in a match. 9. Warm-up in softball / baseball (meaning, examples of each species). 10. Development of motor skills in softball / baseball (speed - coordination). 11. Development of motor skills in softball / baseball (speed - strength, speed - endurance). 12. Preparatory games - their types and use in softball / baseball. 13. Practice of basic methods of throwing the upper arc. 14. Basic methods of lower arc throw. |
