The student knows and can explain the differences in men's and women's tennis and their prerequisites for athletic performance.
The student is able to explain the principles of physical and mental loading of players in the training process.
The student knows the basic principles of mental training for tennis players.
The student is able to prepare and lead a training unit on individual special topics.

Student zná a dokáže vysvětlit rozdíly v tenise žen a mužů i jejich předpokladů pro sportovní výkon.
Student je schopný vysvětlit principy pohybového i psychického zatěžování hráčů v tréninkovém procesu.
Student zná základní principy mentálního tréninku pro hráče tenisu.
Student je schopný připravit a vést tréninkovou jednotku na jednotlivá speciální témata.
