The aim of this subject is to receive a theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in order to be able to provide a premedical first aid. The goal is to enhance the ability to provide a sufficient first aid to all critical and less critical cases, secure the place of accident and save the patient`s life till the rescue service comes. |

Podmínky udělení zápočtu : - účast na praktické výuce 80% a - úspěšné složení praktické zkoušky z neodkladné resuscitace 1 zachráncem po dobu 2 minut + použití AED. Zkouška:
Odpovídá se na 2 náhodně vylosované otázky ze seznamu, odpovídá se bezprostředně po vylosování, bez přípravy.

Hemostasis, blood volume replacement, blood transfusion Polytrauma 4. Craniocerebral trauma, unconsciousness, cramps Eye and ear injuries (poranění oka a ucha) 5. Fractures of long bones, injuries of joints and soft tissues Spinal trauma 6. Thermal injury (burns, scalds, overheating, frost bite, hypothermia) Acid and alkali burns, electric injuries 7. Acute abdominal pain Out of hospital delivery (birth) 8. Acute states and first aid in children. 9. Abdominal and chest injuries Terminationt of resuscitation (BLS), brain death 10. Practical lessons: Practical lessons are divided into two-hour parts where the practical skills of first aid are being trained. Lessons include cardiopulmonary resuscitation training with and without aids, resuscitation of adults and children. That is, mainly mouth to mouth breathing and external heart massage. Special emphasis is laid on the maitenance of open airways, again with and without aids. Next lessons are turned to the training of patients` positioning, immobilization, bandaging and transport. Last lesson is devoted to practical examination of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. |
