The subject provides studens wit 5 credits according to ECTS, the total time load of the student corresponds to 135 hours. Expected preparation time for 1 exercise 25 minutes, self-study of literature (for the whole semester) 19 hours, work with study materials (for the whole semester) 15 hours, performance of ongoing tasks (for the whole semester) 17 hours. Creating a seminar paper 25 hours. Preparation for classified credit 25 hours. |

The course is completed with a graded credit. To complete the course, the student is expected to meet at least 70% attendance, actively participate in joint discussions during class, try any new physical activity and write a reflection in the form of a seminar paper. The classification will be awarded based on the results of the credit test. |
