This course introduces students the problems of social philosophy, introduces the basic concepts of contemporary social trends of philosophical thought that affect our attitudes and action. Provides orientation in the contemporary scene search options, alternatives, further development of the company. Reminds two approaches: normative (value) or conceptual (analytic), history of ideas and ideals of the community. Leads to the view that there is no just one concept, but different modalities of social development with which to be reckoned with in practical social sphere.

Předmět uvádí studenty do problematiky sociální filozofie, seznamuje se základními koncepty, směry současného sociálně filozofického myšlení, které ovlivňují naše postoje i jednání. Poskytuje orientaci v současné scéně hledání variant, alternativ dalšího vývoje společnosti. Připomíná dva přístupy: normativní (hodnotový) nebo konceptuální (analytický), historie idejí a ideálů komunity. Vede k náhledu, že neexistuje jeden koncept, ale modality různého společenského vývoje, s nimiž se musí počítat i v praktické sociální sféře.
