Lessons of biochemistry in summer semester are focused on biochemical processes occuring in the human body (blood, respiration, urogenital and digestive system). In practical trainings students work with their own biological material (blood, urine). |

Credit requirements: 1) Successful completion of all practical trainings (A1 - A4) Missing practical trainings can be compensated during examination period in June (the date of the alternative practical training will be advised in May). A report from each task must be submited to your teacher one week after the practical training at the latest. 2) Three oral testings Each student will be tested three times during the summer semester by a group teacher; topics of the testings are the same as ones of the Integrated Conferences: 1. Respiration, Blood and Body Fluids; 2. Urogenital system, Acid-Base Balance; 3. Digestion and Resorption, Intermediary Metabolism; dates and form of the testing will be arranged by the group teacher. Required knowledge to each testing is available at web pages of department. |
