The aim of the course is to acquaint students with individual massage techniques and teach them basic massage procedures for individual areas of the body. Learning outcomes: Student: - correctly describes and demonstrates the procedures of sports massage on the following body parts: neck, back, leg from both sides, arm. - lists contraindications of sports - lists the means used for sports massage (massage means), indicate which massage they are suitable for and how the individual means differ. |
