In case the pandemic situation precludes face-to-face classroom interactions, the introductory seminars will be held online via Zoom and later replaced by independent seminar projects involving a comprehensive analysis of three short samples of diverse text types, genres or styles. To complete the course, the student has to turn in the seminar project meeting all the content and formal criteria. |

This module asks the students to carry out on a weekly basis various home assignments, i.e., comprehensive analyses of samples representing diverse text types, genres, styles, varieties, etc.which facilitate team discussions in seminars. The credits are given to students on the basis of their active group discussions in seminars (established on thorough home preparation) and on the basis of a presentation of an independently performed interpretation of a sample. |
