Cílem kurzu je naučit studenty lépe chápat, vykládat a překládat jednotlivá smluvní ustanovení napříč smluvními typy; dále si studenti osvojí ustálená slovní spojení a terminologii základních smluvních typů a seznámí se se zvláštnostmi jazyka používaného ve smlouvách. Předmět je zakončen kolokviem. Students will learn to better understand, and interpret, as well as translate, individual contract clauses that may appear in a wide range of English contracts; they will become more familiar with typical phrases used in individual contract clauses and they will analyse the language of the most common contract types. End-of-semester assessment: based on continuous assessment. |
