In the Invitations tab, any invitations issued by the university can be searched for and downloaded in PDF format.
The following filter parameters must be set up:
- faculty
- department
- academic year
- time period (in necessary)

Clicking on the 
icon or on the selected committee will display the details of the invitation with the possibility of downloading the invitation in PDF format - the View invitation link.
