| Characteristics of the program: Theoretical part (80 hours): First aid and provision of health care; Healthcare legislation and legal standards in healthcare; Organization of health services and health documentation; Promotion and protection of public health; Ethics and communication in healthcare; Basics of technical and pharmacological procedures in the treatment of communication and hearing disorders; Clinical SLT in an interdisciplinary healthcare team; Organization and management of the rehabilitation process in clinical SLT and phoniatry. Practical part (220 hours): professional internship at accredited workplaces of clinical SLT, phoniatrics and audiology (40 hours); practice in clinical SLT (180 hours - can be completed at an accredited or non-accredited workplace). Podmínky přijímání zájemců: Zájemce o přijetí musí doložit kopie dokumentů, dokládajících, že splňuje (či směřuje k splnění) níže uvedených požadavků pro získání odborné způsobilosti logopeda ve zdravotnictví. Program je určen pro studenty posledních dvou ročníků studia oboru logopedie na VŠ (i absolventy), kteří chtějí vstoupit do zdravotnictví. Dle současného znění Zákona č. 96/2004 Sb. se odborná způsobilost k výkonu povolání logopeda ve zdravotnictví získává absolvováním akreditovaného magisterského studijního oboru speciální pedagogika se státní závěrečnou zkouškou z logopedie a surdopedie navazujícího na absolvování akreditovaného bakalářského studijního oboru speciální pedagogika se státní zkouškou z logopedie a surdopedie a absolvováním akreditovaného kvalifikačního kurzu logoped ve zdravotnictví, který je prováděn vysokou školou podle zvláštního právního předpisu (§ 23 zákona). Conditions for accepting applicants: Applicants must submit copies of documents proving that they meet (or are on track to meet) the below-mentioned requirements for obtaining the professional qualification of a SLT in the healthcare. The program is intended for students of the last two years of speech therapy studies at the university (including graduates) who want to enter the healthcare industry. According to the current wording of Act No. 96/2004 Coll. the professional qualification to exercise the profession of a SLT in the healthcare sector is obtained by completing an accredited master's degree in special education with a state final exam in SLT and SD following on from the completion of an accredited bachelor's degree in special education with a state exam in SLT and SD and by completing an accredited qualification course for SLT in healthcare, which is carried out by the university according to a special legal regulation (§ 23 of the Act). |

The scope and content of the course is determined by the curriculum, based on the submitted documents, the applicant can be credited with the lessons or practice he has already completed. The accredited institution will count a maximum of fifteen percent excused absence from the total number of hours into practical and theoretical teaching hours. The course is organized as a full-time form, where the scope of theoretical and practical teaching corresponds to the length of the specified weekly working hours. Theoretical teaching takes place in the classrooms of the Phoniatrics Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital and the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Žitná 24, Prague 2. These classrooms are used for teaching students of the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and are adequately equipped in terms of space and technology. Theoretical teaching always takes place on Fridays in the scope of 8 teaching hours, so that within 10 days of full-day teaching, the scope of 80 teaching hours and the scope of individual teaching modules are fulfilled. Practical teaching of the module Professional internship at accredited workplaces of clinical speech therapy, phoniatrics and audiology in the scope of 40 hours takes place in the premises of the Phoniatrics Clinic of the General Faculty Hospital and the 1st Faculty of Medicine of the UK, Žitná 24, Prague 2. The Phoniatrics Clinic is an accredited workplace for specialized education in the above-mentioned fields within the framework of the accreditation granted by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic to the General Faculty Hospital in Prague. Practice in clinical SLT in the scope of 180 hours takes place at health service providers, the applicant chooses and secures the place of practical teaching independently, while he can carry out practical teaching at non-accredited workplaces, if the condition of the full qualification of the head of the workplace is met - management by a clinical speech therapist with at least 5 years of professional experience practice. Crediting of practice in clinical SLT is carried out by the guarantor of the practical part of the course on the basis of the submitted practice record, which is part of the documents for the final exam of the accredited qualification course. |

| Zájemce o přijetí musí doložit kopie dokumentů, dokládajících, že splňuje (či směřuje k splnění) níže uvedených požadavků pro získání odborné způsobilosti logopeda ve zdravotnictví. Program je určen pro studenty posledních dvou ročníků studia oboru logopedie na VŠ (i absolventy), kteří chtějí vstoupit do zdravotnictví. Potřebné doklady: Student navazujícího magisterského programu doloží: - Kopii dodatku diplomu, která dokládá, že složil Bc. státní závěrečnou zkoušku z logopedie a státní závěrečnou zkoušku ze surdopedie; - Potvrzení o studiu navazujícího Mgr. oboru, vystavené studijním oddělením fakulty; - Vyplněné a podepsané čestné prohlášení, viz níže, o zaměření Mgr. studia a SZ zkoušek. Absolvent magisterského studia doloži: - Kopii dodatku diplomu, která dokládá, že složil Bc. státní závěrečnou zkoušku z logopedie a státní závěrečnou zkoušku ze surdopedie; - Kopii dodatku diplomu, která dokládá, že složil Mgr. státní závěrečnou zkoušku z logopedie a státní závěrečnou zkoušku ze surdopedie; - Kopii diplomu, která dokládá úspěšné zakončení Mgr. studijního programu. (Absolvent Mgr. oboru Logopedie na PdF UP Olomouc předkládá pouze tuto kopii diplomu) Student neděleného Mgr. programu Logopedie na Pedagog. Fakultě UP Olomouc doloži: (Musí jit o Mgr. obor Logopedie, jiné nedělené Mgr. obory nesplňují požadavky pro vstup do AKK !!) - Potvrzení o studiu Mgr. oboru, vystavené studijním oddělením fakulty – s uvedení ročníku studia – musí jít o studium 4. či 5. ročníku tohoto oboru. Kopie dokladů a čestné prohlášení musí být příslušně podepsané, lze je zaslat formou scannu elektronicky, nevyžaduje se úřední ověření dokladu. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ČESTNÉ PROHLÁŠENÍ – pouze pro studující navazujícího Mgr. oboru Studuji nMgr. obor: Celé jméno oboru ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………, který je zakončen státní závěrečnou zkouškou z Logopedie a oddělenou státní závěrečnou zkouškou ze Surdopedie. | A graduate of the program gets: - Knowledge of 1st aid procedures and provision of emergency medical care. - Knowledge of the basics of current healthcare legislation and legal standards, organization of healthcare services and management of healthcare documentation. - An overview of current public health protection, ethics and communication in healthcare. This knowledge is verified by a written test with 60 questions from the above-mentioned areas of medical competence, the threshold for success is 85% of correct answers in the test set. A graduate of the program gets: • Knowledge of the etiology, symptomatology and procedures of clinical SLT for selected speech communication disorders. • These disorders include differential motor speech disorders, disorders of the individual language system, and cognitive-communication disorders. • An oral exam before an examination board assesses the degree of knowledge at the level of professional competence in the program of clinical SLT. A graduate of the accredited qualification course Speech-language therapist (SLT) in the healthcare sector acquires the professional qualification to perform the profession of a non-physician healthcare professional - a SLT in the healthcare sector. (22661 CZ-ISCO) The prerequisite for taking the final exam is the fulfillment of all requirements set by the educational program. After obtaining a certificate of acquired professional competence to perform the medical profession by completing the accredited qualification course Speech-language therapist (SLT) in the healthcare sector, the graduate is ready to perform the medical profession. This certificate can only be used together with a document (diploma) of completion of an accredited master's study program of SLT, concluded with a state final exam in SLT and SD. Until the acquisition of a specialized qualification, a speech-language therapist in the healthcare sector performs his activities under the professional supervision of a clinical SLT qualified to perform the medical profession without professional supervision |
