Join us for a 4-day cycling camp. You will gain confidence in the terrain and learn new riding tricks under the guidance of experienced trainers. The camp is designed for both beginners and advanced riders who have experience with more difficult terrain. Participants will go through the planning of cycling training with Svatopluk Henke in the form of lectures. They will also learn road and mountain biking techniques with European Champion Kristian Hynek and Paralympian Michal Stark. Daily training sessions are an essential part of the course - bike and road bike rides. Thanks to the cooperation with the Czech Cycling Association, a one-day track cycling course has been added on May 25. Another important part of the program are lessons on compensatory exercises, lectures and seminars on technique with Michal Fiklas, mechanic of Superior and Rock Machine brands. At the same time, we will also take a look under the hood of the organization of big cycling races (Bicycle for Life, L'Etape Czech Republic) and outline the issue of sports marketing in the field of cycling with Tomáš Pravenec from Petr Čech Sport. There will also be evening cycling talks about the famous Cape Epic or the Paralympics. |
