| "Management of Science and Innovation" is one semester long programme of lifelong learning for employees and students of Charles University. It is opened in both winter and summer semester. The aim is to offer to all the faculties of CU basic knowledge about project management and technology transfer. The form of teaching is hybrid - 3 presence based seminars, 9 webinars and 2 homeworks (own hypothetical project and business plan made up in teams of 3-5 students). The programme contains the following modules: 1. Introduction. Building of students´ teams (prezenční) 2. Innovation. Information analysis (webinar) 3. System of science management and assessment (webinar) 4. Financial ressources for RDI in CR and EU (webinar) 5. Preparation of RDI projects (webinar) 6. Preparation of own RDI project 7. Basics of knowledge and technology transfer (webinar) 8. Intellectual property protection in RDI (webinar) 9. Business model. Business plan. Spin-out (seminar) 10. Preparation of own Business plan 11. Communication skills (webinar) 12. Team & time management (webinar) 13. Project management (webinar) 14. Training of communication skills (prezenční) 15. Evaluation of course content and form |
