The course describes the causes, symptoms and consequences of burnout. Participants will learn how burnout occurs, what are the risk factors that contribute to burnout and how burnout can be prevented depending on different levels of its intensity.

Course contents:
• Definition of burnout and its distinctions from stress and other mental health conditions
• The underlying causes of burnout and the risk factors that contribute to it
• Exercises aimed at identifying risk factors leading to burnout
• Strategies to prevent burnout by degree of its severity
