| This innovative course is designed for physical education teachers and hobby group leaders who want to enrich their lessons with practical and meaningful elements of self-defense. At a time when not only physical health, but also the psychological resilience and safety of students are important, we bring a modern approach to effectively and safely integrating self-defense into school educational programs. You will gain skills in teaching self-defense techniques adapted to the age and abilities of students. We will demonstrate didactic and game forms that support the active involvement of students and the development of their self-confidence We will work with topics such as bullying prevention, crisis management and strengthening psychological resilience. You will gain practical tools and methodologies that you can immediately use in your teaching. You will expand your professional competencies in an area that is increasingly in demand and relevant. |

| How to teach self-defense at school | |
| (2h) In the theoretical part of the course, participants will learn about the basic aspects of self-defense, such as defining a self-defense situation, understanding the individual phases of the conflict, circumstances that exclude illegality, and the issue of the aggressor in the school environment, but also outside it. (4h) Training of self-defense techniques in a playful way, as well as specific methodological procedures reflecting the age of the children. Soft variants of self-defense vs. hard variants. |
