The course is intended for beginners, "non-skiers" and advanced skiers. For students of FTVS UK, it is a suitable preparation for the mandatory course Theory and Fundamentals of Skiing Didactics PSPP422 (PSPP422K). After successful completion, there is an opportunity to apply for credits (subject PSPP057). The course is focused on practicing basic movement skills on downhill and cross-country skis. It is intended for all students and interested parties who have minimal experience with downhill and cross-country skiing. The course can also be attended by skilled skiers who are interested in improving their skiing skills and moving to the next level in their skiing ability.

Course start, explanation of the course program and 1st theoretical lecture

During the day, practice of downhill and cross-country skiing techniques, stopping and subsequent practice of turns, teaching skating (single and double-stroke running) and classics (alternating running, counter-attack), adjustment of students' riding techniques, preparation of materials for the evening video analysis.

Price includes:
course fee, accommodation and full board

Price does not include:
