| Day 1 – Introduction and adaptation Arrival and accommodation – time to acclimatize and rest after the journey. Stretching and light warm-up – gentle exercises to get the body moving. Introducing participants – interactive icebreaker activities. Introductory educational block – presentation of the program, basic information about healthy exercise and regeneration. Day 2 – Active fitness and social dimension Circuit training – comprehensive exercises focused on the whole body, adapted to the participants' abilities. Stretching and compensatory exercises – prevention of overload and strengthening of flexibility. Walk in the surroundings – light exercise in nature with an emphasis on regeneration. Social activities – evening games, get-togethers, or a program for sharing experiences. Day 3 – Water and relaxation Swimming and aqua fitness – exercises in water focused on relieving joints and strengthening muscles. Walk around the area – a more leisurely pace, space for relaxation activities. Rest – individual regeneration, opportunity to use relaxation techniques. Day 4 – Challenge and discovery All-day trip – hiking (moderately difficult route), focused on endurance and the experience of exercise in nature. Education – thematic block (e.g., healthy lifestyle, regeneration, motivation to exercise). Social activities – evening sharing of experiences, informal program. Day 5 – Conclusion and integration Exercises to strengthen weakened muscle groups – prevention of back pain, joint pain, and muscle imbalance. Stretching and relaxation – relaxing the body and calming the mind. Final meeting and departure – reflection on the stay, sharing experiences, farewells. |
