Programme profile:	This workshop is intended not only for active seniors but also for the general public and participants of the University of the Third Age (U3A). The beach volleyball workshop will be led by Ing. Míra Pavlíková, an instructor and former beach volleyball player. No top-level fitness is required – the workshop is tailored for beginners and intermediate players of all age groups. 4 Reasons to Sign Up: Beach volleyball is an ideal combination of sport and fun that gets you moving without putting strain on your joints. Group activities bring joy, new friendships, and motivation to keep going. By joining the course, you strengthen not only your body but also your positive approach to health and aging.
