| The two-year advanced interest course is intended for yoga teachers, graduates of the course of yoga philosophy and ethics. The aim is to deepen the knowledge of yoga and yoga philosophy, to expand teaching skills with a focus on yoga therapy, and also self-knowledge. Yoga is conceived here as a tool acting on the physical, mental and spiritual level of a person trying to return to balance. | |
