Programme profile:	This interactive course covers topics relating to personal development in the area of personal, social and managerial competences. The programme focuses on getting to know oneself as well as other people, coping with job stress and one's own negative emotion by using relaxation and mindfulness techniques and also on developing skills needed for a successful self-presentation. Further attention is paid to communication and negotiation with difficult persons, team behaviour and cooperation within a team, situational and agile leadership, handling changes in an organisation and to topics covering social pathology at a workplace
