Programme profile:	The aim of the practical seminar is to introduce the participants to the method of psychomotorics with a focus on working with children of school and preschool age.

Programme schedule and content plan:	9,00 registration, welcome of participants 9,15 - 12,30 - Theory of psychomotorics, warm-up games, principles of group work, physical contact 12.30-13.30 - lunch break 13.30 - Importance of sensory stimulation in psychomotorics, development of confidence, use of problem solving tasks, experiential pedagogy in the gym environment. Relaxation techniques in psychomotorics 16 - Course summary, final reflection, discussion The specific techniques included as well as the exact timing are at the discretion of the course instructor.
