The goal of the 4-day course is to offer seniors an intensive program based on a combination of experience with their own body, education and improvement of movement skills as part of lifelong education. The course includes 4 lessons of health-compensatory exercise, 4 lessons of activation of the soles of the feet and Nordic walking, 3 trips to the surroundings (endurance training) and relaxing afternoons with education and cognitive training. The price of the program includes 1x massage of the back or lower limbs.
