Programme profile:	The program is designed for those who like an active lifestyle and those who want to improve their inline skating and in the future act as instructors in inline courses for children or adults or include inline skating as a supplement to training in various sports.

Programme schedule and content plan:	The participant will gain a complete basic knowledge of inline skills and insight into the world of fitness skating. They will learn great games and exercises that are appropriate and practical in teaching kids on courses and summer camps. Last but not least, they will learn to see inline skating as part of a healthy lifestyle, including using inline skating to supplement fitness training in other sports. The course takes place on weekends in the sports complex Gutovka, Prague 10 - Strašnice and on the inline/cyclo trail in Prague 8 - Troja.
