Programme profile:	The aim of the course is to introduce participants to a commercially successful approach focused on outdoor management training. Through practical workshops and theoretical lectures, participants will be familiarized with the benefits of various types of programs in natural environments for managerial education, their impact on the development of work teams, and working with group dynamics.

Characteristics of Selected Successful Czech and International Organizations. Analysis of Specific Programs: Breakdown of individual program components. Group Dynamics. Research on Program Effectiveness. Assessment of the Czech Environment: Applicability of "Outdoor Development Training". Practical Seminars and Exercises: Problem-Solving Tasks Utilizing Natural Environments. Activities and Games Focused on Developing Managerial Skills. Activities and Games Aimed at Team Development. Working with Group Dynamics in Work Teams. Testing Various Approaches to Reflection: Practical demonstrations.
