An interactive series of 12 educational workshops with a practical focus on project development, particularly in the areas of validation practices for business iteration and safe risk and cost minimization. Topics in the Entrepreneurs Club are also developed flexibly, according to the real needs of the participants, not only in the form of exercises but also in entrepreneur-led expert discussions.
Ongoing mentoring and emotional support between workshops.

The price of the course is 6632 CZK for the external participant and 1105 CZK for a student from the UK (Bc., Mgr./Ing.).
The course is designed as an interactive series of 12 educational workshops with a practical focus on project development, particularly in the areas of validation practices for business iteration and safe risk and cost minimization. The series is divided thematically into Entrepreneur's Do and Entrepreneur's Club.
An interest in the business environment, or an outline of a business plan or an ongoing business, which they describe in the registration form.
Knowledge after the course:

1)Can define key concepts related to entrepreneurship such as business plan, target group, and SWOT analysis.
2)Can compare different business models and evaluate their suitability for your business plan.

Competence after the course:

3) The graduate is able to design his/her own business plan with emphasis on identifying competitive advantage and market analysis.
4) The graduate is able to analyze the risks associated with your business plan and develop a strategy to minimize them.

Skills on completion of the course:

5) Graduates will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies based on established measures of success.
6) The graduate is able to apply the knowledge gained in developing a financial plan, including forecasting revenues and expenses.
7) The graduate is able to discuss the ethical and legal aspects of business in the context of your specific industry.
