Programme schedule and content plan:	Our aim is to introduce participants to the phenomenon of procrastination, teach them how to recognize it and distinguish it from regular postponement of actions, clarify its causes and consequences, and offer practical techniques to effectively manage it. The course will be conducted as an interactive lecture, where participants will have the opportunity to try out some of the techniques.
