Programme profile:	The aim of the course is to acquaint the participants with the current trends in the use of circuit training, not only for adults, but especially in children's sports training. The course will be divided into two teaching blocks, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the theory of building circuit training and describes the main principles for the organization of training as a means of fitness as well as technical preparation. It explains circuit training as a possible organization in both sport-specific and non-specific forms. The practical part describes the main means used for different variants of circuit training.
