Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce je vývoj prakticky použitelné metody pro preparativní separaci diastereomerů silybinu A a B a jeho sulfátů, které jsou považovány za jedny z hlavních metabolitů.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this work is to develop practically applicable method for preparative separation of diastereomers of silybin A and B, and sulfates, which are considered as one of the major metabolites of silybin.
