Preliminary scope of work

Práce bude zaměřena na ploidní diferenciaci v okruhu Dactylis glomerata, kde jsou doposud uváděny dva majoritní cytotypy (diploidní a tetraploidní). Cílem práce bude zhodnotit korelaci mezi ploidií, morfologií a ekologickými nároky a stanovišními vazbami.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will focus on ploidal differentiation in the Dactylis glomerata agg., in which two major cytotypes (diploid and tetraploidú are reported. The main aim will be to evaluate correlations among ploidy level. morphology, ecological demands and habitat preferencies.
